Are audio books still being made and sold in bookstores?

Some guy said that a lot of stores aren't stocking them because they're becoming really expensive and that I would need to look them up in a catolog such as ABC Audio. I'm in the USA, not Europe or Australia. Are audio books still being made and sold in bookstores like Borders and Barnes and Noble. Are audio books still being made and sold in bookstores?
Yes I get and own a lot of them and you can buy them from lots of places or try audible.co.uk or audible.com for audio books you can downloaded onto pc, cd's or ipodsAre audio books still being made and sold in bookstores?
Borders in the UK sells them, but they are mainly abridged. Libraries in the UK have unabridged audio books on cassette and cd for a small fee. Perhaps it's the same in the U.S.Are audio books still being made and sold in bookstores?
I was in a Barnes and Noble two weeks ago, and they still had a full selection of audio books. As does my local Walmart.
