Is there a way to put audio books from youtube onto my ipod?

I like to listen to audio books via youtube videos but it's getting annoying to sit at my desktop just to listen, I would love to put them on my ipod if that's even possible. Please explain in detail if you know how to! ThanksIs there a way to put audio books from youtube onto my ipod?
You could download the youtube videos and convert them to a format that your ipod can play. Firefox has a number of free extensions that will download the videos for you. Downloads.com has an assortment of free video conversion tools.

That would be kind of complicated to set up, but it could be done. Another problem would be that as a video, it will take up way more disk space than it needs to. You only really need the sound.

You could set up a simple recording program on your computer, set it to record from the soundboard / stereo mix / what-u-hear, and let it go. The problem with this method is that it would take the full amount of time to play that youtube video and record it in real time.

Realistically, the best solutions would be for you to buy the audio books so you can listen to them where you want, or download them as sound files some other way. Getting them from youtube is going to be complicated. Is there a way to put audio books from youtube onto my ipod?
