I'm thinking about buying a nook and i need 2 know all about its features %26amp; wheather or not it uses audio books. Thanks!Does the nook use audio books on it? And what else can you do with 1 besides read EBooks that you download?
Oh yes, you can root the Nook color yourself FOR FREE. Anyone trying to sell you a disk is ripping you off, not to mention the fact that they are not mentioning that in the process of rooting (be it do it yourself or with a so called disk) if you brick the unit, your guarantee will be useless. It will become the equivalent of a frisbee. Also, the above spammer is assuming that you are talking about the Nook color, which may not be the case as there is more than one model of Nook out there.

Bear in mind that in order for you to be able to listen to audio books using a nook (yes, you can as long as they are in mp3) the audiobook has to be either purchased from the B%26amp;N estore or not have DRM (same situation with ebooks).
