On the back of audio books who is often reviewing them, such as newspapers etc?
If's for a UK book so I would be looking for UK based names.

exactly the same reviewers who review written books - if you want a newpaper review just send copies to the reviewers c/o the newspapers but if you are doing this yourself i can see big problems
if you have recorded someone elses book you have all sorts of copyright problems
if it is a book you have written it is unlikely to be listened to - the reviewers get so many sent to them there is a limit to the number of reviews they can do - they are unlikely to pick an unknown self-published author
